Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SermonSpark for your personal ministry, teaching, preaching, and content creation. Unless you have purchased an Agency License, you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
Sermons, devotionals, outlines, and other content generated by SermonSpark ("Output") may be used in your own preaching, teaching, writing, publishing, and ministry activities. Output may be freely edited, personalized, and incorporated into your own work.
Agency License holders may additionally use Output in commissioned work for clients.
You agree not to use the Service to (a) generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or doctrines outside historic orthodox Christianity; (b) misrepresent AI-generated content as solely human-authored when such representation would be deceptive; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits; (d) share your license key with others; (e) resell raw Service access without an Agency License.
SermonSpark is tuned to historic orthodox Christian doctrine including the Trinity, the deity and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace through faith, and the authority of Scripture. Output is a starting point for your own prayerful study — not a substitute for pastoral discernment, the leading of the Holy Spirit, or the counsel of your elders and community.

The SermonSpark platform, branding, prompts, and code are the property of FaithWriter AI. Output generated from Scripture passages (which are themselves in the public domain in most translations, or used under fair use for educational/religious purposes) belongs to you for your intended uses.
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithWriter AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time — there is no recurring billing unless you opted into a subscription product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active license holders.
