At FaithWriter AI, your trust matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address, name, and license key upon purchase.
Usage data: Sermons and content you generate are stored in our database so you can access them again. Parameters you choose (passage, style, audience) are logged for the same purpose.
Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting), browser type, and timestamps.
Payment data: We never see your card details. Payments are handled by WarriorPlus, JVZoo, or similar partners who are PCI-compliant.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service and save your sermon library
To verify your license and prevent unauthorized use
To email you product updates, important account notices, and occasional ministry tips (you may opt out anytime)
To improve the quality of Output over time (aggregate patterns only, not your specific content)

3. Third Parties

To generate sermons, we send your chosen inputs (passage, topic, style preferences) to Anthropic, our AI provider. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic does not train its models on your submitted content.

We use WarriorPlus / JVZoo for payment processing; their privacy policies govern payment data.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

4. Data Retention

Your sermon library and account data are retained as long as your license is active, so you can access your work. Upon written request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a minimal amount of browser local storage to remember your license key on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing support@faithwriterai.com. We comply with GDPR and CCPA rights where applicable.

7. Children's Privacy

SermonSpark is intended for adults in ministry contexts. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email to active license holders.
